It’s with a heavy heart that I share this news today—our journey with this business may be coming to an end. The reality is that order volume has dropped too low for us to sustain operations. With so many people choosing larger platforms like DoorDash, we simply can’t compete at these levels.

We know times are tough, and every dollar counts. That’s why we’ve done everything possible to keep our costs as low as we could while still providing the level of service we’re known for—real customer support, live order dispatching, and dedicated drivers. Unfortunately, even at our lowest rates, the numbers just don’t work out.

We have not given up just yet, we are making a few last hard push efforts however just be aware we may be reaching a point where we have to make this choice.
You can help us, if you will be so kind. Post on your social media to let everyone know, we are at risk of loosing our local delivery service. That we need the support of our community. Perhaps we can raise more awareness and save My Grub Runner.
